The BlackBerry 6750™ is a data and voice-enabled wireless handheld that uses the Bell cellular network. This device might be directly compared with the Tungsten|w which has very similar functionality. The Tungsten|c has 802.11b WiFi wireless connectivity, and does not use the cellular network. The greatest feature of the Blackberry 6750 is the “Always On, Always Connected”. The support person is able to receive messages which may be of an urgent nature and respond accordingly.
By default, the Blackberry 6750 comes with Backberry Desktop Manager version 3.6.0. It also comes with a Blackberry Web Client that when connected to your PDA will synchronize your messages. Basically, when I am away from my desk I configure univmail to redirect emails to the PDA.The web browser is not very good. Because it is a cellular connection it is rather slow and cumbersome to use. Added WiFi connection to the Blackberry along with its cellular wireless connection would be the ultimate solution. Also at this point there is no CorporateTime plugin for calendar integration.
